I love this time of the year. The cherry blossoms start coming out all over the neighborhood. Truly beautiful.
On to the this week’s carnivals:

MoneyNing hosted the 147th Carnival of Personal Finance - Q1 Financial Advice Edition. My article Four Ways I Upgraded Out Of My Raises was included. Sadly it didn’t make it to editor’s pick. We can’t get them all!
