@ Jeff – I was surprised too but that’s what I was told. And I don’t think it’s health restriction. It’s money!

I had used 1800 in the past but I didn’t know about the return of unopened contacts. I think it is ridiculous that eye shops say they will only take back an unopened box. They said it was due to health restrictions. BULL!!
