Raise your hand if you worry about your finances at all. Ok, I can’t see your hands through the computer but I’m guessing most of us worry about our personal finances from time to time (or even all the time). I won’t lie to you, it’s tough taking care of everything and keeping a family afloat. Bills, taxes, insurance, fees, tuition, maintenance…it all adds up quick! And certainly listening to the news lately doesn’t make it easier.
But we are all richer than we think!
Family and friends are priceless. If you could put a price on them you would find you are far richer than you could ever believe. Money is a great thing to have but it’s still a “thing.” It’s our family, friends, and relationships that truly give value to our lives.
Don’t get sucked in to the consumerist feelings during the holidays. You probably don’t need the latest, greatest gadgets.
Take some time to appreciate those around you. They are your greatest resource.
As such I want to wish everyone a great holiday season!

Excellent point. Happy Holidays to you too!

@ Simply Forties – You too!
Way to be very optimistic about things. Sounds good and I agree, sometimes you have to step back and appreciate what you have, not what you don’t have. Not always easy.
@ Craig – It is tough to do. But it shouldn’t be. I’m guilty of not being appreciative enough of what I have too. Life is bigger than our stuff.
