It’s getting chilly fast in NYC! We went from beautiful Summer weather to Fall.  I guess it’s appropriate now that school has started again.  Change is coming for us as well as we are real close to closing on the sale of our co-op.  Moving is a big change for us but it will be a good one.  We have some other BIG changes to announce too so keep an eye out!

Hey, have you been considering opening up an online savings account?  I set up a neat table listing some of the more popular online banks and their rates.  Give it a look if you are interested.  It’s the BANKING tab just above the title.

Thanks for the mention – and thanks for reminding me about the approach of fall in NYC, now that I’m transplanted to Florida and enjoying (so far) endless summer.

Sorry, that sounded a bit too much like gloating, but I’m still enjoying the change :)

But enjoy fall – it was always a beautiful season up there…

No, it’s not gloating at all! (grrr) I actually like fall up here. It’s winter that I could do with less.

Glad to hear Florida is working out for you. Maybe one day for us…

Great resources (and gorgeous fall pic)! I’d like to suggest one more for the list, http://www.debtspark.com. It’s a step one tool for budgetary novices to see where they stand financially (deficit or surplus)…quick, easy and simpler than a spreadsheet. Unassuming and user-friendly too.
