I’ve talked before about Bank of America’s Museums on Us program. We’ve used it a number of times – NY Aquarium and the Intrepid Sea, Air, and Space Museum come to mind. To refresh your memory – In a number of museums across the country, Bank of America offers up free admission to card holders the first full weekend of the month.
Museums on Us is now in it’s 14th season (wow!). Their museum list is around 150 different places. To visit one of these museums on the free weekends you just need a Bank of America/Merill Lynch debit or credit card and ID.
One of their museums is The Metropolitan Museum of Art. I’ve been wanting to go back there so I’ll be checking out the best time to bring the family.

I am a Bank of America customer for 40 years and unaware of this program. Thanks for the information.
You’re definitely missing out (depending on the museums in your area).
We’ve certainly saved on admissions.
Thanks for the mention, Craig, appreciate it!
You’re quite welcome RC.
I keep forgetting to use this perk! I see it advertised on their website quite a bit too! Thanks for mentioning the Carnival of Passive Investing!
We forget too! You have to plan out ahead to do something the first weekend.
Museums On Us is pretty sweet Craig! Appreciate the inclusion in your roundup and awesome selection of posts!
It is a great deal! And my pleasure on the inclusion.
