I know this won’t get out by Father’s Day but you can still surprise the Dad in your life with a gift shorty after!

My father has had the same old work out shirts for work for goodness knows how many years. I’d probably use one of the gift cards to get him a snazzy new one! Maybe in pink?!

I would definitely buy my dad some golf stuff! He has just retired and hasn’t been out golfing in a while!
Well, I already did some Father’s Day Shopping at T J Maxx. I picked dad up some linen spray and bath products. Yes, my father is strange, but he also uses up things pretty quickly so if he likes them I will need to go out and get him some more!
My Dad is in constant need of golf shirts. I have been a loyal Marshalls shopper for quite some time. I even started buying TJX stock on a dividend reinvestment plan through ShareBuilder. I was happy to see TJX marked as a recession stock by a few analysts. I enjoy saving money even when the economy is booming though!
A Baltimore Orioles jacket. I was in TJ Maxx the other day and they had a whole rack on sale. He’d love it.
A new pair of sunglasses, my dad is just finishing his second surgery on his eyes, so he will no longer use his prescription glasses. He’s saved fifteen years for these surgeries.
My Dad is the king of cheap when i comes to buying anything for himself. However, he loves TJMaxx and Marshalls due to their prices. He’s retired and has a significant savings but, really needs a new pair of shoes. He has literally been putting super glue on an old pair of sneakers so he doesn’t have to buy new ones…..its time for new ones even if he won’t buy them himself.
This father’s day will be a little painful for me, as my sweet dad passed away on 5/22/09 at age 74. I will probably focus most of my attention on my husband, who is a wonderful father to my children. He sometimes has trouble falling asleep, so I’d probably shop for a new pillow for him at Marshalls or TJMaxx. They have some great deals there!
I would buy my husband some new work pants. He was sent home last week because one pair was frayed at the bottom too much & it was considered a violation of the dress code !! so now he is down to 2 pairs of work pants
I saw my dad’s wallet recently and it looks pretty worn. I can find him a hansome one at TJ’s or Marshall’s.
Just discovered your blog…I’m so happy I did! I’m just starting out my journey to get my credit cards paid off (I have student loans as well, and will deal with paying them off or paying more than the minimum balance after cc’s are gone!) and I’m looking forward to all of the support, tips & ideas I’ve been finding.
I think I would like to buy a nice golf shirt to wear to my new job. I’ll even let my 6 year-old daughter pick it out as her Father’s day gift to me!
I’d buy some new button down shirts for my husband to wear to work. He hasn’t had any new clothes for almost two years!
