The Government is Still Open… Kinda… and Links

This week we watched news coverage on how Congress needed to pass this year’s fiscal budget by midnight on Friday or face a government shutdown that would avoid paying pretty much everyone except for Congress. Thankfully a deal was reached hours before the deadline.  However, that deal only extends the government’s budget through this coming Friday, April 15th.  A long term deal has not been reached.
