SimplyCash® Business Card From American Express Earns Your Business Real Cash – Right Away

Published or updated March 2, 2014 by Glen Craig

The SimplyCash® Business Card from American Express is the easiest way your business can earn cash back for every dollar you spend.

There is no hassle, no claiming your rebate, no earning an arbitrary amount of cash before you see your rewards.

Instead, the SimplyCash® Business Card from American Express automatically credits your cash rebates right to your account every month.  Best of all- there is no limit to the amount of cash you can earn.

Your business can earn on the purchases you make most often including:

  • 5% cash back at U.S. office supply stores
  • 5% cash back on services from wireless telephone service providers purchased directly from U.S. providers
  • 3% cash back on gasoline at U.S. gas stations
  • 1% cash back on other eligible purchases
Note that purchases above $12,000 per year in each category earn 1%.  Also, cash back is only earned on eligible purchases. (Terms & limitations apply.)

Unlike many other business card options, the SimplyCash® Business Card from American Express has no annual membership fee.

You’ll also receive automatic discounts on things like hotel stays and other regular business expenses through the OPEN savings program.  Discounts can be had from companies such as JetBlue, Fedex Kinko’s, Barnes and Noble, and Hyatt.

You can earn even more with the SimplyCash® Business Card by simply giving your employees or other designated representatives an additional card on your account, allowing you to earn cash back on their purchases as well.  You have full control over setting individual spending limits on additional cards, which allows you to keep expenses within budget.

Of course, the SimplyCash® Business Card from American Express comes with standard security features and benefits such as:

  • Identity Theft Protection
  • Emergency Card Replacement
  • Extended Warranty benefits
  • Fraud Protection Guarantee
  • Purchase Protection.
  • 24/7 Customer Service
  • Car Rental Loss and Damage Insurance
  • Travel Accident Insurance
  • Account Alerts and Payment Reminders
  • Dispute Resolution Services
  • Convenient Online Statements

The SimplyCash® Business Card is intended for businesses with an annual revenue of $200,000 + and who are looking for a simple way to earn monthly cash for the unavoidable costs of doing business.

This card doesn’t limit the rewards to expenses that are limited for many, such as airline travel.  Instead, you can start earning cash right away simply by paying the costs you’re already incurring like your cell phone costs, gasoline expenses and office supplies that you purchase every month.

With the automatic cash rewards credited to your account monthly, you’ll see the difference the SimplyCash® Business Card from American Express can make right way.

With a monthly cash rewards credit, instant discounts at select retailers, no annual fee, and the excellent benefits and customer service you can expect from American Express, the SimplyCash® Business Card looks like a great business credit for those that qualify.

Good review and overview of all of the pros associated with SimplyCash – I actually really like the AMEX Plum card because of the fact that you earn a flat 1.5% discount on all purchases which actually allows me to earn more with my business simply because I don’t spend a lot on wireless or office supplies in relation and much more on advertising etc that isn’t a rotating category.

Thanks. I’ll have to do a write-up of the Plum card as well.

I actually just got this card a couple weeks ago for a new business I started. I’m pretty much an AMEX guy, and use one of theirs for my accounting firm and personal card, but this is the first one that I opted to for cash back rather than Membership Rewards. The one downside I noticed with my other biz card is that the open partners are very few and do not cover a great deal of areas. OfficeMax and FedEx are the big ones, with HP, Epson, Microsoft and Barnes & Noble being some others make up pretty much half of the list. I have clients who do a great deal of shipping and save tremendously with FedEx though.
